With 14 years of experience in working with bodies under strain—from everyday clients with common aches to individuals recovering from surgeries like hip and knee replacements—I have a deep understanding of the benefits of effective therapies. I first discovered hands-on therapy as an Olympic wrestler in Portugal, where consistent treatment helped me through 21 years of rigorous training. I know firsthand the impact that a good deep tissue massage can have, and I bring that experience to every session. 

Trained in Portugal and having worked in busy clinics in Lisbon, I requalified in the UK with a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy. As a full member of the Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM), I constantly hone my skills through ongoing CPD, which includes advanced manual techniques developed by French osteopath Jean-Pierre Barral.
